- Production Awards are based on your TOTAL CLOSED VOLUME in SkySlope from the prior Calendar Year.
- Closed Transactions in SkySlope — Be sure that your CLOSED TRANSACTIONS in SkySlope have an accurate FINAL SALES PRICE by January 15th each year. We use SkySlope to calculate your volume. If your transaction is not marked CLOSED with the final price by January 15th, we will not be able to count the production.
- DO NOT use your 1099/Commission sheets from PPG and assume that is your production for the year. “Sales Closed” are not the same as when they were actually paid. They may have closed late in a calendar year but were paid out the following year for tax purposes.
- Transferring Brokers — Any transactions closed at your previous brokerage during the calendar year, CAN BE COUNTED, only if you send us your MLS volume report showing your production closed at your prior brokerage to by January 15th.
- Team Awards — By default, our production awards are INDIVIDUAL Awards. However, if you have a formal team at PPG and would prefer to combine your team volume for ONE team award versus individual awards, you need to let us know by 1/15. ALL Team Members will need to agree to combine their volume vs receiving any individual awards they may have qualified for, and you must have a formal team set-up with PPG with team contracts on file. Otherwise, we will default to pulling the volume individually.
- Co-Brokered Listings (or Sales) — Only the Listing or Selling agent is counted in the system. We do not count Co-Listing volume.
- Buyer’s Agents — If you were the Buyer’s Agent and your volume isn’t reflecting for a transaction; you will need to contact the Listing Agent directly and they will need to approve the correction. Only the Listing Agent can request to change who the Selling Agent is listed as.
- Award Year — The year listed on your award will be the calendar year in which the award was given (for production the prior calendar year). We want the Award Year to be current and not appear as already a year old. For example, 2030 Awards will be based on total production for the 2029 calendar year.
- If you find that your volume is incorrect from your closings or is different than what PPG calculates after the awards are announced… please let us know!
