REALTOR® ASSOCIATION REQUIREMENTS
All PPG Agents must have current membership status with a local Realtor® Association to maintain active Agent status with PPG and to retain your MLS & state-wide real estate forms access. It is the responsibility of your Realtor® Association to provide you with support and services that help you conduct your business ethically & professionally. Membership in a local Realtor® Association automatically extends your membership to the State Association and National Association of Realtors® (NAR). The Association will provide your National Realtor® Database System number (NRDS #) which is needed for most MLS memberships and access to state-wide forms.
It is the responsibility of the Agent to maintain their Realtor® Association membership, including paying all dues on time, and completing the mandatory NAR Realtors® Code of Ethics training within each 3-year cycle. If you do not follow these guidelines, your Realtor® Membership is subject to termination. If your Realtor® membership is terminated for any reason, this could result in termination of your MLS membership and termination of your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) with PPG.
PPG belongs to many local Realtor® Associations for your convenience. As a PPG agent, you must join one of the Realtor® Associations that we are affiliated with below. The fees are estimates only as dues may vary and often change yearly. To join, terminate or change membership with a Realtor® Association, please notify Help@premierepropertygroup.com.
