In order to be compliant, your marketing needs to include the following. Marketing includes Business Cards, Flyers, Websites, etc.
- Your Legal Full Name – as it appears on your license (or a common derivative of your first name, along with your legal last name), unless you have a separate trade name approved by the state licensing authority.
- Our Registered Business Name – Premiere Property Group, LLC (or logo)
- For Personalized Branding & Non-standard Advertising – You should submit ALL personalized branding & non-standard advertising to Your Reviewing Broker for guidance & approval. This includes any marketing that is not on standard PPG templates, including professional pages on social media platforms.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: You may not use language in your marketing/email address that could mislead the consumer into thinking that you have your own company.
- Words you SHOULD NOT use: Realty, Corporation, Company, President, CEO, Inc.
- Words you CAN use: Homes, Real Estate, Team, Group, Broker, Agent, etc.
